Du planst, entwickelst und lieferst gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam innovative und moderne digitale Produkte für unsere Kunden aus
Du nutzt das SCRUM-Framework für Deine Planung und Organisation
Du analysierst die Kundenanforderungen im direkten Kundenkontakt und erstellst eine Produktvision
Du definierst die Anforderungen in Form von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
Du erstellst im agilen Kontext die Kostenindikationen auf Basis der Komplexitäts-Schätzung vom Entwicklungsteam
Du pflegst und priorisierst das Product-Backlog in Abstimmung mit den Kunden und planst die Auslieferungen in den jeweiligen zum Teil auch kundenübergreifenden Sprints
Du bist innerhalb des Teams für die Zielerreichung verantwortlich und bist zuständig für das digitale Produkt, von der Idee über die Entwicklung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Auslieferung sowie der Erfolgs-Überprüfung

Das bringst du mit

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner in einer Digitalagentur und bringst im besten Fall noch eine Zertifizierung als Product Owner mit
Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über einschlägige Kenntnisse im Management von Digital Commerce Projekten und dem Arbeiten im Atlassian Stack
Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in agiler Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise Scrum oder Kanban mit
Du suchst die Herausforderungen in den Problemen eines Kunden um daraus Lösungen zu entwickeln
Du bringst hohe Affinität zu digitalen Themen sowie ein Verständnis für gängige Software-Technologien mit
Deine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen helfen Dir bei der Arbeit mit vielen Kunden im Agentur Alltag
Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntniss

Your mission

You plan, develop and deliver innovative and modern digital products for our customers together with the development team
You use the SCRUM framework for your planning and organization
You analyze customer requirements in direct customer contact and create a product vision
You define the requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
You create the cost indications in an agile context based on the complexity estimation from the development team
You maintain and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the customers and plan the deliveries in the respective sprints, some of which are also cross-customer sprints
You are responsible within the team for the achievement of goals and are responsible for the digital product, from the idea to the development to the successful delivery as well as the success review

Your profile

You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a product owner in a digital agency and ideally also have a certification as a product owner
You ideally already have relevant knowledge in managing digital commerce projects and working in the Atlassian stack
You bring in-depth knowledge of agile software development, ideally Scrum or Kanban
You look for challenges in a customer's problems in order to develop solutions from them
You have a high affinity for digital topics and an understanding of common software technologies
Your independent and structured way of working as well as analytical thinking skills help you to work with many customers in the agency's daily routine
You have strong teamwork and communication skills
You have a good command of German and English
